1. Making a report

Users with the required access can use reporting tools in listing details or chat, select a reason and describe the facts. Message reports retain a snapshot of the selected message for administrators to check. Supply only relevant information, not verification codes, full identity documents or unrelated private data. Deliberately false or abusive reports breach community rules.

For intellectual-property concerns, identify the listing or content, your claimed rights and why it infringes. Do not publicly attack someone with unverified allegations. An ordinary report is not service of formal legal documents. Guests, rights holders and relevant authorities can use public contact and appeals; the operator still needs to provide an address for legal notices.

2. Current moderation capability

Authorised community administrators can review reports and evidence, hide violating listings or restrict accounts, with administration actions recorded. Automated rate limits and access checks can also reject actions. The platform does not promise continuous review, a fixed response time or verification of every item. Blocking limits your interaction with a user; it is not a substitute for reporting.

3. Proposed review process and current limitations

Released moderation procedures should, where possible, explain the facts, applicable rule, action and route to review, with reasoned appeals reviewed by a person. Urgent safety risks or legal restrictions may affect what can be disclosed. Appeals should identify the account or listing, decision, reasons for disagreement and necessary evidence.

Appeals can currently be submitted through the public contact form, including while signed out or restricted; signed-in users can also use Suggestions & feedback. A receipt only confirms recording and email-notification failure is stated separately. There is no dedicated appeals system guaranteeing delivery of administrator-decision notices.

4. External remedies and evidence

You may still contact regulators, consumer services, police or courts as applicable; reporting or appealing does not waive other rights. The platform is not an emergency service, so do not wait for in-app handling in immediate danger. Report evidence currently has no automatic 90-day deletion mechanism; see the Privacy Notice for retention and rights requests.
